Evolutions Goal

The goal of evolution is to integrate stimulus into its design, and does so in an upward manner provided that the variables involved remain dynamic and expressive. At the very top is the greatest point of integration where both sides converge into unified balanced focus. The process combines logical thinking (in response to challenge provided by our competitive society) with the emotional aspect of expression. This creates balance and synergy in a unified manner.

Input/Output Percepton model

Beyond Psychology - Input/Output Perception Model

Input/Output Perception Model

Green = Observant/Objective

Top: Focused oriented/extroverted/attempts to increase stimulus through actions centered around experience. Limbic system remains dominate over the cerebral cortex.

Bottom: Focused dominated/introverted/attempts to increase stimulus through the organization of the environment. Cerebral cortex remains dominate over the limbic system. Lacks expression.

Purple = Reactive/Objective

Top: Feeling oriented/extroverted/focused thought that uses surroundings to obtain what needed, this has the benefit of gaining stimulus while increasing confidence levels. Limbic system uses the cerebral cortex to assess the surroundings.

Bottom: Feeling dominated/introverted/manic expression is the controlling factor here with very little focus present. Limbic system is very expressive without much intervention from the cerebral cortex

Yellow = Observant/Subjective

Top: Focused oriented/extroverted/actions are driven to increase stimulus through experience but the stimulus is compared to past experiences and evaluated, this helps develop opinion and insight.

Bottom: Focused/introverted/perspective is influenced by experience and evaluated after. Objective focus is fueled by the level of confidence in defining personal surroundings. The information available is relative to the scope of the individuals perspective.

Aqua = Reactive/Subjective

Top: Feeling oriented/Extroverted/Focused thought is influenced by somatic analysis in which current experiences are compared to past experience, action is then carefully constructed in a focused sense to build the subjective response in order to achieve an objective target.

Bottom: Feeling oriented/introverted/reactive actions are governed by grounded reflection from experience resulting in evaluated response.

Mental Development in stable conditions

Beyond Psychology Logic/Emotion Integration Points

Stable Integration Conditions

{Expansive} Logic -> Sensation -> Pleasure < - Sensing <- Emotion {Consolidated}

Basic Psych integration

1. Logic + Emotion = Sensation
2. Emotion + Logic = Sensing

*Integration moves towards the center with ether logic or emotion being the prime dominate with the other becoming the sub dominate. Sub dominates integrate into Sensation and Sensing categories. Based on environmental factors, perception of environment factors and stimuli; sub-dominates can also become the prime dominate if the environmental conditions are favorable in allowing them to change their mental development dynamically.

Beyond Psychology Logical Emotion Repressive Development Model

Non-Stable Segregation Conditions

(Cyclical Tendencies) Autistic  <- Logic  <- Repression/Pain -> Emotion -> Manic (Manic Expressive)

Basic Psych Segregation

1. Logic - Emotion = Non-expressive cyclical tendencies
2. Emotion - Logic = Manic expression

*When considering compromised mental function as is the case with mental disorder, development always starts out with an imbalance of neural stimulus vs. overall neural state. If this isn`t corrected (in early youth), patterns of thought are construed to a path of mental activity which relate to ether the logical or emotional side of mental development, resulting in one side being emphasized while the other is somewhat neglected. As a result the brains physiological state begins to integrate these thought patterns with input from the external environment, but this development can remain one sided as the subjects perception ends up influencing the brains development and brain development influences the subjects perception. This is called mental co-evolution and this happens for everyone, but in compromised brain development it can really affect the amount of success somebody has in their life, and if things do not in the early stages, or that person doesn’t find some way to dynamically compensate, then time takes its toll and change for the better will become very unlikely. (The mind is extremely plastic, but hardens as we age)

Evolving Society - Conscious Development

Beyond Psychology Evolving Conscious Unconscious Model

How safety influences brain development (Unconscious vs. Conscious development)

Information/interaction was originally enhanced by living in groups for increased safety.

The raw state of the conscious was formed, which is a basic adaptation towards interaction.

Language began to form as a conscious adaptation towards the increased interaction.

Rules were added, structure created and this decreased the upwards trend of unconscious development.

The bulk of abnormal psychology make its debute, as there were now two competing aspects of human personality, the unconscious and the conscious. (Expression vs. Structure)

As self awareness increased, a new direction in mental development emerges which becomes focused on interaction/information rather then survival, and with it, our brains continued to develop in a structured manner with emphasize on the conscious.

Brain Development (Conscious/Unconscious development)

Beyond Psychology Conscious Unconcsious Development Model

Conscious Evolution and Unconscious role change - How information shapes our perspective in life.

1. Stimuli influences objective behavior and objective behaviour influences the flow of stimuli. This balance keeps the unconscious expressive and keeps the neural state healthy.

2. Structured society increases the type and complexity of interaction, this increases conscious adaptation in the form of accumulated experience and learning opportunities.

3. Learning new information adds diversity and pushes conscious learning outwards, while experience develops the emotional part of our personality. This constant process of learning keeps things dynamic. And stimuli pushes development upwards keeping the experience and learning both objective.

Points of Repression

Beyond Psychology Points of repression Model

The 3 Types of Repression

Negative logical based mental development: Skewed hormonal conditions influence the minds development in a negative repressive cyclical manner, that can be potentially exasberated by conflicts, unfavorable social relationship, unfamiliar environments, lack of confidence, unstable upbringing etc. Basically anything that doesnt encourage positive expression in the early stages of mental growth. If this type of activity persists, it can hinder crucial brain integration, physical development, self esteem, create a de-regulating gene state and create conditions such as, autism, schizophrenia, avoidant personality disorder etc. Logical repression revolves around a internal mental battle of expressing oneselve and retaining the security associated with superficially expanded neural state, this expression is one of subjective nature and one that basically can stay with a individual for the majority of their lifespan. As a general rule, if the fundamentals of human development are tarnished, it's very hard to make up lost ground, especially when the bulk of experience in youth is built upon during adulthood.

Negative emotional based mental development: Emotional repression is the combination of high bouts of stimuli/conflict and repressive conditions, exasberated by lack of acceptance, unstable upbringing, lack of financial security, negative preceived image of self, compromised social status etc. Disorders associated with emotional repression include ADHD, Depression, Anorexia, bullimia etc. Emotional repression is often dictated by the rules of society, or more specificially an indivisuals lack of ability to live up to them which results in mental compromise and repression. Manic expression results and mental segregation takes place putting emphasize on erratic emotional development. This emotional side of mental development hosts the majority of abnormal mental disorder as the bulk of human behavior is to remain expressive.

Unconscious conflicts: Mental conflicts can be attached to both logical/emotional repression in one form or another, but is created by personal criticism, challenge, re-evaluation, hardship etc. However, unlike the former two, it's primary driven by extroverted internal ambition to push forward and conquer. As a result the conflict gets met head on and dissapated over the body through expression and personal progress (depending on the conflict) is often made when the conflict is worked out through an internal compromise or resolved through some external means. If however the conflict becomes to much to deal with, it pushes development to the left or right into a cyclical/manic category of mental development.

The Stimulus model - Positive Stimulus vs. Negative Stimulus

Beyond Psychology Stimuli Model

Positive vs. Negative Stimulus

Positive Stimulus: Unresticted free flowing stimuli is to be considered positive stimuli, as it gets spread over the whole of the developing brain and allows neural connections to be enhanced through meaningful positive experience. As a sense of self begins to get generated, selective stimuli processing begins to take place outlining the relationship between the various sections of the brain, which help develop various aspects of our personality.

Negative Stimulus: Restricted stimuli is to be considered negative stimuli, as the benefits of the spread across the developing brain is cut off and contained to various regions of the brain, on the logical side of development, the stimulus gets cycled around in the frontal cortex until a working compromise (justification) is constructed in which the parietal lobe/unconscious deems the stimulus fit for release. Extended bouts of this type of conflict/repression can lead to unbalanced forced integration which will eventually lead to unconcious eruptions of emotion resulting in various types of logical based disorders. On the emotional side, restricted stimuli will lead to manic expression, constant irrational judgements, mania and various other disorders like bi-polar disorder and depression.
